General terms and condition

1. All prices are in CHF, offers are non-binding errors excepted.

2. All orders will be processed within 10 working days of receipt and delivered if these products are in stock.

3. The invoicing currency is CHF.

4. Returns will only be accepted up to 1 week after delivery, in unused condition and in original packaging. Sales products will not be taken back. The return costs as well as the renewed shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.

5. We retain title to the goods until receipt of payment.

6. In the event of default in payment, we shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract and to reclaim the object of sale.

7. The general terms of payment apply.

8. The provisions of Swiss law shall apply.
